I have recently purchased an apartment at Palm Gardens via Tenerife Property Shop.
I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agency. They have held my hand throughout the process, which I understand from others who have bought property abroad, can be a very complex process. As the estate agency handled so much of the administrative side of the purchase I found it relatively painless other than having to pay for the property at the end of the procedure.
I must offer particular thanks to Lee Roberts who has treated me with great respect and courtesy throughout, arranging to pick me up from my hotel and helping in every conceivable way including taking me to make my will, which I am sure is not strictly a part of the service and would be surprised if other agents offered the same help.
I am also very grateful to Elena Bruls at the Puerto Colon office, who has dealt with my many requests and queries with efficiency and humour as has Laurence who is based at San Blas. Despite my many requests they have never made me feel that I have been a nuisance, even though I’m sure I have been at times.
All the niggly little aspects of buying , like insurance, services connection etc. Have been smoothed by their efficient help and understanding.
It is easy to see why they have won many awards from the travel industry.
I have purchased this property without the help of a partner and a very limited knowledge of Spanish, which could have proved to be a disaster. However, this was far from being the reality with the support I received from everybody at Tenerife Property Shop.With great thanks
