Professional and friendly manner We put our villa up for sale with Lee at TPS just before Christmas whilst blissfully unaware of even the word "coronavirus"! We met three estate agents and chose Lee for his professional and friendly manner and he clearly knew the area and his business well. The villa sold in mid January and firstly appeared to be a very easy sale. Unfortunately the European bank decided to change its financial rules and also require a notary visit ( all new so rather haphazard and slow) and also the dreaded coronavirus was waiting to cause havoc with a completion date of mid March! The stress on all of us, buyers included, was high but Lee and the lovely Laurence were absolutely brilliant! We really couldn’t have done it without them! Twice we went to the office and sat with Laurence  with her wonderful translation skills going through everything in English and she calmed my husband down so well! The miracle did actually happen, we completed a day early to beat the lockdown!

So thank you Lee and Laurence and all the other staff at Tenerife Property Shop, clearly you all deserve the good reputation that you have!
